Conrad and Rosalia Chavez were best known for their many generous acts and unwavering love for everyone. They lived a life dedicated to God, their family, and in helping others in need. One of Conrad’s greatest contributions was his military service in the Air Force, and his volunteer work with the St Vincent de Paul Society, the Knights of Columbus, and as a Cursillista. Through these organizations he spent many years delivering food and clothing to families and anyone in need. At Christmas he would often deliver gifts, toys, and food boxes across the Graham, Greenlee, and Cochise county communities. Rosalia also devoted her life to service and faith as a Cursillista, a Messenger of Mary, a member of St Rose of Lima choir, and as a member of the bereavement committee. She spent many tireless hours looking after, and serving those around her, especially her family who she loved so much. They were dedicated members of St Rose of Lima Catholic community where they invested many hours in service, participating in groups, and helping others. They continued to do God's work until he called them both home.
They were, and still are the cornerstone of our family, and will always be remembered for all the greatness and love they left behind.
